Income Support in the Wake of COVID-19 Survey

We are interested in hearing how you have managed financially during and after the lockdown at a time when the job market is getting tighter as a result of Covid-19.
This anonymous survey is for people aged between 16 and 64 who receive one of the following:
- Covid-19 Income Support Payment (the new benefit available for 3 months to those who lost their jobs in the Covid-19 economic slowdown); OR
- Job Seeker Support; OR
- Sole Parent Support; OR
- Supported Living Payment; OR
- Youth Payment; OR
- Young Parent Payment.
If you are aged under 16 or over 65 and/or receive a different payment (eg. the wage subsidy, Student Allowance, ACC or New Zealand Superannuation), please do not complete the survey.
