Hidden Hunger - food and low income in NZ

This evidence based report was prepared for the New Zealand Network Against Food Poverty after network members from throughout New Zealand's smaller towns, cities and rural areas identified that the numbers of people unable to afford the basic food items for health are increasing. This is leading to people suffering nutrient deficiencies and poorer health. There is a clear link between low income, limited food choices and poor health.
