CPAG AGM & Election Year Political Forum

Thank you to everyone who attendedespecially our seven MPs and candidates who joined us for the political forum and our wonderfulvolunteers who made the event happen.

We were very pleased with the turnout - approx 60 people attended the AGM (with another 70 people sending in their apologies from across the country) and just over 120 people attended the election year forum that followed.

Call for nominations: Are you passionate about the well-being of New Zealand children?  Would you like to play a bigger part in CPAG’s work? Nominations are currently open for the 2014-2015 CPAG Management Committee which will be appointed at the AGM.  This eleven member, Auckland based team is responsible for the strategic direction, governance and management of the organisation. Election Year Political Forum (7.30pm)

Come and hear candidates and spokespeople from across the political spectrum answer the important questions on children’s rights to quality education, health, housing and income.  Remember to come with your burning questions for them too!
