CPAG-PHANZ Post-Budget Breakfast, May 19, 2023

You are warmly invited to attend the upcoming Post-budget Breakfast Child Poverty Event, in Wellington on May 19. 

 The post-budget breakfast analysis will unpack the impact of Budget 2023 on child poverty in Aotearoa New Zealand.

 The event is being hosted by the Public Health Association of New Zealand (PHANZ) Wellington branch, together with Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) and Social Justice Group of St Peter’s on Willis, Te Aro, Wellington.

 All are welcome to attend in person or online.

 Location: St Peter’s on Willis, 211 Willis Street, Te Aro, Wellington (Corner Willis and Ghuznee Streets)

 Doors open 6.30am for the public, where a light breakfast and drinks will be served, and the event to start at 7.30am (including online). The event will conclude at 9am.

 Speakers at this event include CPAG convener Alan Johnson, Murray Edridge (Wellington City Missioner), Jonathan Boston (Victoria University), Charles Waldegrave (Family Centre), Louise Delany (Tax Justice Aotearoa), a ministerial-level representative, and Josie Pagani as the MC for the morning.
